Help with national team plsss

Hi !
I'm modding an European Patch and my last league is the Italian 4th division (Serie D). I've reach the limit of replaced teams so the last teams i found were Women National teams and 3 others (MLS All Stars, Adidas and another idk what i forgot). In order to make it work i changed every female gender to 0 (that mean they become male). At this time i just put all these teams in the league in leagueteamlinks and when i go to kickoff i can see the teams and play a match with them.

I deleted too the Women National team lines in teamnationlinks.

But, in career mode, when i'm at the team selection screen, there's no team in Serie D, it's blank. Could someone explain how to face it ?

I prefer specify but the compdata is correct, i tried to swap Serie C teams and Serie D so the Serie D was working and not Serie C.

[Edit : to be sure that in the teams file there's no column "teamtype" or "is_nation" i just copied and pasted 20 existing teams and then just change the ID to keep the Women National teams' IDs]

[Edit 2 : Or the problem is with Soccer Aid, Adidas and MLS All Stars ?]

Ok so i tried something in order to advance : i swapped 1 team from Serie C with Soccer Aid.
Serie C had only 19 teams available in career and Serie D had just 1 team available so the problem is on all the teams i'm trying to add to Serie D !
