currently I have started a career mode with the LR Vicenzia I have played 20 games without problem, not simulated, it seems the game fails when simulating games after playing some, because simulating the entire season I had no error, and to go simulating month to month there if I was fired from the job of DT

Apparently it is a problem with the objectives.
When you enter the "manager objectives" nothing is showing.
And then when you win the championships, the club fires you.

Unfortunately, the community was abandoned. But we have a lot to thank @diazjesux. He did much more for the community than the game developer itself.

I also want that. I been trying to get Icons on career mode. It would be ideal if we could get them as free agents with reduced ages.
I succeeded at signing icons on FIFA 20 with the patch. But is not easy or practical.
I had to:
Put Icons in National Teams (Is impossible to transfer them to teams directly, no method can work here, I tried it all)

Start the Career mode file, give your manager the saMe nationality as the Icon you want (I'll explain why later) search for them in the transfer market, and check if the Icon you want is retiring (Players older than 50 will always be retiring, so they can't be signed, sadly)

Players like Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Gerrard, etc. Have a chance to not be retiring, but it's completely random. So you need to restart career mode until they are approachable, after you succeed in getting a save file with approachable Icons you can continue but don't try to buy them yet since it won't work. Your offer will always get rejected because the player just joined the "team" (You are buying them from the national squad)

So you need to wait 6 months until the next transfer window. The problem is that during the season the National Squads will reset and the Icons will no longer be on them, so they will have no team and if you try to sign them the game will crash. So you need to get a Manager offer from the nation of the Icons you want manually put them on the National Squad and then buy them from their national teams into your team.

The good news is that they are usually super cheap because of how old they are. I signed Owen, Beckham, Gerrard and Lampard. For a total of 100 mil. After that they will be perfectly functional, but they will eventually retire.

That's why I want Free Agent Icons with reduced ages so none of this process is necessary and we can play with the Icons for as long as we want.

I'm trying to edit the files myself. I have no experience doing any of this. But with some Google help I ended up opening the file. I'm looking for the Squad file as I write this.

I wanted to extract the database file and I downloaded a database editing tool for FIFA 14. (I assumed it would work here too because is a legacy version).
I extracted all the files. Found a tutorial to insert the icons on the Squad file, I downloaded all the programs I need, the only problem is that I don't have a Squad file!
And I don't know where to get it. If anyone knows how please tell me so I can keep going.

Thanfully I found a way to edit players ages (I think). I copied Halaand Birth date. (Later I found out I can just write whatever birthdate I want, lol) And paste it on the players table on the playerids of all the icons. So they are all 20!
If it works I'll be proud of myself.

They work perfectly. And all the Icons are super young.
If the creator of the post gives me permission I can give you a link to the patch with Icons as free agents.

*DELETE YOUR SAVE GAME
*Delete old version (deleted the folder X: \ atmosphere \ contents \"01000A001171A000") and go to settings and deleted the savegame
* Download and extract the file with 7-zip
* Copy the Folder "01000A001171A000" sd card in the path
