I wish I could, these tournaments are sort of hardcoded you could say. I would have a ridiculous amount of tables and you would have to change them. Unfortunately I cant figure out how to get FIFA to reseed while in the tournament mode screen, if I did I think it would probably crash because of the complexity of the tournaments but I agree with you it would make things much better if I had this option to reseed.:

Maybe if you separate the qualifications and make them for each continent you´ll just have to change the tables for your continent and the others will be simmed in the background. But maybe it doesn´t work like that i don´t know its just an idea.
