Career mode crashes on 2nd game of la liga using Real Madrid. Any fix to this or wait for the next patch?
I'm using UEFA NW

Hello, I have two new problems.


I added some HD grass, and now the pattern is always the same, no matter if I change it in the game or with CG Server. How can I remove it? (I have trouble knowing how to delete what I install...)


I've been playing a couple of matches against Arsenal and Chelsea on Legendary mode, and my team just falls apart. They don’t drop back to defend, and I keep ending up in 2v2 or 2v1 situations against their defense—it's horrible.
I haven’t changed anything related to this because I previously played a Reggiana vs Parma match, and they defended well.

Gracias, I finally managed to add it to Steam, and my controller works perfectly except for controlling the goalkeeper, but it’s not essential.

Another thing: how do I add the balls from the pack?


I copied all of them from the folder and pasted them into sceneassets/balls, then regenerated, but nothing happens.


Should I copy the entire folder or just the individual ball files inside?

Open Steam on your PC.


2. In the top-left corner, click “Add a Game”.


3. Select “Add a Non-Steam Game”.


4. A window will appear with a list of detected programs. If your game is listed, check it and click “Add Selected Programs”.


5. If it’s not listed, click “Browse”, find the game’s executable file (.exe) in its installation folder, and add it.


6. Once added, the game will appear in your library, and you can launch it from Steam.

Are you using the NW mod? If so, just remove the Carabao Cup from the tournaments in tournament manager. It solved all of my issues with career mode crashes, even ones that were not in the EPL.

I did that and the crashes still were there. What I did was that I deleted the intercontinental cup and played another version different to NW, and so far so good.

Compdata yes... in the settings file.... and in the ID that appears in the CM is where the IDs of the teams that are considered for this event are tied.

I would suggest FIFA Inter Cup because removing the Carabao cup will give leave a europa league space open.

I have only removed FIFA Inter Cup and added some Dutch promotion + Cup rules and didn’t manage to have any crashes yet.

Am I the only one who doesn’t have any crashes yet?

Im playing as Viktoria Berlin and in my secound season in the NW version, everything is ok to date and i did not remove anything.

I did try playing a friendly with PSG v Arsenal and the match would not start only go to the pre game training, but that is the only problem i have had.

Thank you both of you for responding. I did some research and it seems that scouser09 has confirmed this problem and has recommended removing the Carabao cup as a short term solution. However I don't want to break europa league. Will it have a major impact on europa league if I remove Carabao cup?

Also do I need to start a new career mode? The FIP Tournament Manager tells me that I can't continue an existing career mode after making changes.

One last question; do I need to press "Install career compdata" after deleting the tournament?

What is the date of your career mode? Is it after January/February? Because that is when scouser09 said the crashes occured.

Is only octomber but today i will try to play and reach on january/ february on carrer mode
