FIFA 23 Player Ratings to FIFA 22

I apologize if this already exists, but I would love to be able to import newest player ratings from FIFA 23 into FIFA 22. Is there a converter that exists? If not, would anyone be interested in working on a script with me that can convert FIFA 23 squads into FIFA 22?

I tried to import some players from FIFA 23 to FIFA 22, but there are wierd plenty problems! First, you can't see miniface, 2nd you see proper overall in team management, but when you start career, overall jumps to 116 and the last one, you don't see proper face, just green-purple light.
Still, I believe there is some other way!

I think it may be possible using RDBM but I am not sure

Does anyone know how to add photos of the players to those who don't have them? Do you know why the photos of the substituted players look dark?
