So after analyzing all the kits , i can conclude that

@Iceman147 made better kits for the Italian teams , the nintendo kits are absolutely s... Compared to them except for a few like Juventus, Inter etc
Some kits made by @makispla2017 are better for the German teams
Many kits are not used by teams currently like Fulham, Trabzonspor
I hope they are updated soon
MLS teams have the best kits so far all upto

Kits by @Sabalero1905 for the Argentine teams are of better quality and gk kits whereas switch files don't have them

Currently i discovered that AFC Richmond has only the away and third kit , the other 2 are missing, @mita996 can you please look into this or have i missed the files

I hope EA updates them soon and they are shared here too

Yes but not everything. Things like adboards, jerseyfonts and boots do not need conversion.

What about the kits,do they need to be converted as well or??

For your extract tool,
Did u update the keys ?
Fifa 23 is made for the newer switch 14.1.2 firmware, so u need keys for that

Some minikits are missing. There are kits (for example Austria Wien and Sturm Graz) but without minikits. And some of them only have home and GK.
