Are there any experienced Blender guys here? I have been trying for a long time to convert some FIFA 20 PC boots. To get the boots to at least show in game (FIFA 14) I have been following these steps:
- Import FIFA 20 .fbx in to Blender
- Use Limited Dissolve to reduce vertices to match FIFA 14 boot model
- Triangulate
- Import FIFA 14 .rx3
- Clone the F20 object & data (Ctrl + L)
- Change 'UVMap' to 'map0'
- Add Auto mesh 'col0' & 'col1'
- Export .rx3
- Import in to CM 14/15
As you can see everything looks great until it is imported in to game. I am convinced if I/we can find a solution to this corruption issue we will be able to convert elements from FIFA 17-20 for FIFA 16-14 mods.
So far I have been able to convert F20 PC - head, hair & balls using similar methods to this.
