I’m excited to share a new project I’m embarking on: bringing FIFA 2006 rosters into FIFA 2016. This patch focuses solely on rosters and music, without any major gameplay changes, but promises to deliver an incredible nostalgic experience.
The goal is to fully leverage the supreme gameplay of FIFA 2016—truly a masterpiece by EA Sports—while reviving the magic of FIFA 06.

In this thread, I’ll post updates on the patch’s progress whenever it reaches a satisfactory stage. Rest assured, this project won’t face issues with ongoing transfers, as it’s designed to remain static and well-structured.
I’d also like to mention that I’m working on other patches, such as one for FIFA 15 (2010/2011 season) and another for FIFA 14 (2000/01 season).

I’m open to collaborations, as this is a large and challenging task. Your support means a lot, and I hope you’ll enjoy this nostalgic journey with me!

The goal is just to overwrite the original FIFA 16 teams without significant changes to the structure of the game and tournaments.

So the goal is for career mode and tournament mode to work. If the career fails, it will be announced when downloading the mod that it is only compatible with the tournament.

But I'm being careful, though doing it alone until then. studying the game so as not to fail.

It was a temporary background. I hadn't found FIFA 06. I found it this Sunday. 2005 players have DDS ready too.

The Software? What makes Transmissions? If so, a little, but I don't know how to use it.

It's free, it's open source, it has no watermarks and there are tutorials and you don't need anything fancy for simple recording

2006 was the golden times of football either. You have the luck of having cm16 and many amazing tools very complete did by the community for fifa 16. Your project deserves perfection.

This patch is initially planned in 5 versions, friend. in 1.0 it's just casts and kits, in addition to many minifaces.

In 5.0 it will be the total, possibly already containing all possible Faces+ Stadiums of the season 05/06. I'm glad you liked the idea. It will be a work of care for our community.
