HELP FC 25 Faces export

Hello Guys.
I have a problem with exporting faces from Blender to FC 25.
I was working on FIFA 23 previously and it`s my first try with "FC" Series and i don`t know what a rules are in exporting and importing in FC 25.
Does anyone can explain my step by step how to:
- correct export existed faces from FIFA Editing Tool
- correct import to Blender
- correct export from Blender
- correct import to FIFA Editing Tool

That`s all i need to know

I`m almost done. Just one thing left.
Problem is when i try to upload converted FIFA 23 head/haircap/hair file (same like on some tutorial) i got this error
(i did clean in "ComputeDeformer" to "null":

ah, so you want to convert FIFA 23 face to FC 25
well, you need a converter plugin and use it on your meshes
nerwin has one, Tom and MacC made one, I use the latter because it simpler

FIFA 23 TO FC 25 Head will not work must be converted.
