Did you try that as well? When I install a fresh windows some Games especially older ones didn´t start without I install the AIO runtimes package.

like I said, when I download fifa 16 again and from that way it started without any problems.

from then I just drag and dropped folder by folder from my crashing fifa folder to see what could be the problem. For some reason nothing of the folders was the problem and the game started easily.

My friend, have you started downloading the FIFA 16 program to your PC? I hope the program has put it in files on a C disk.
