Crowd attendance

Hello there !
I'm still on a mod that add a lot of leagues. My question was how can i change the crowd attendance ? For example i have 8 French division so i want that in the 8th league, there's like 10% of the stadium capacity. I tried to changed some values in cmsettings but it's still too filled (more than 80% of the stadium :/ )
Any solution ?

At the beginning i planned to release it but it's a too big project to finish it now, i'm making a lot of leagues in tbe world (~80 new leagues)

if you dont plan on finishing it do you mind if i could access the version thats not finished (beta pretty much) ive been looking for a french lower leagues mod for ages now
