It is because in its individual page the role is written as "Attack - Left Winger" and not as "Left Winger" and this is not recognized as a valid role. Workaround: import the player from its team page. I will fix.

You changed the rating system, mose players have other ratings than with previous version?
or is this because of the changes with CM strength?

And is it me? Or the logos of SSC Napoli and Lazio Roma look a bit strange in new CM?

If you have a copy of the database that your career is running on, open it in DBMaster. Also open the database where you added the new kit. Export the "teamkits" table and import it to the database that your career is running on. I think it should help. Of course, save the change.

Download DBMaster. Use it to open the database where you added the 4th kit. On the left side, find the teamkits column. Click on it and export it. Then open the database where your career is running and click teamkits and import the previously exported .txt file. If you don't have a database where your career starts, unfortunately, you will have to play it from the beginning. Make sure your correct database is saved as a backup. If it isn't, everything is gone.

And another idea. It would be more user friendly to change number by drag and drop in modal. Changing numbers is IMHO always so time consuming in CM16...

It is just an idea. Imagine you want to add new player and assign number 33, but 33 is already assigned. So you need to change the number of player with number 33 first. But what if the number you want to use is already used as well... It is so bad. So you are forced to assign to all players number like 99, 98 ... where you are sure that it will be unused. And after that you can start assign numbers ...

Drag and drop solve this issue ...

... and another idea... Add nationality/preferred foot in this table. Imagine you have opened transfermarkt in the browser and you are checking if the data in the table are correct. It would be great to have here and not open players one by one to see or edit that value...
