In case anyone don't know how to add alternate kit, here's an example:
First you need to create the kit, in this case I use 4 (Home with alternate short and sock). And then you add kit colour identification line to team_11.lua file (Man Utd).

identifyTeamKitColours(11,0,"ab001d","700013","dbdbdb","232323") --Home
identifyTeamKitColours(11,4,"ab001d","700013","232323","dbdbdb") --Home Alt.

assignKitAlternateParts(11,0,4,1) --> This will use the short (1) of Man Utd (11) Home Alt. (4) as alternate parts for the home kit (0)
assignKitAlternateParts(11,0,4,3) --> This will use the short and sock (3) of Man Utd (11) Home Alt. (4) as alternate parts for the home kit (0)

The details could be found in RevMod Documentation

And here's the results

The game will automatically switch the short and sock to avoid colour clash

Its nice unfortunately FIFA 14 dont have that function
