I've upgraded to Windows 10 64 bit since I had Windows 8 64 bit. I enjoy playing Fifa99 and have gotten it to run without a problem. I'd like to edit players, teams and such without just using the in game editor. Therefore I would need Fed99. Fed99 is 16 bit. I was wondering if any of the older forum members have Chau Le's email, not that he would necessarily help. Or if anyone knows how to work around this, that would be great as well.
