Now it all comes to your blender skills. You should move the head(and eyes if needed) since the head is not in the right place.

Or, you can use face master for that. Just import face-texture and move head to write place.
(about 25 clicks)

It doesn't work for me... When I save the head and import it to Fifa 14 it's still on the wrong place, so I have to move it in blender...

face master 15 cannot support to fifa 14, and show message "Unable to retrieve information from the registry. Probably the game is not installed properly" , pls any solution master?

You need to have installed Fifa 15 in order to make Face Master work and you need registry fix:

When you unpack the registry file click on it with the right mouse button and do this:

Then replace the directory path (the highlighted text on the picture) with your Fifa 15 directory path:
