Your cmp file only adds players to the database, but does not add them to the team, so it misses the point.

Yes, because the teams database inside your patch is much better, have better formation than in fip v4.1 for example who did see England with formation 5-3-2? Anch such it is in FIP v4.1 So I move only players. However after more debugging I noticed that the stats of most players are exactly the same in your patch and FIPv4.1 none any difference or ther are differences that level of player differ about 2-3 points only. Also pics and heads very often are different. So it is not worth to update such existing players, I will only import to your patch players who don't exist in your patch and then update those ones whose I noticed that level is much different like Maitland-Niles from England. In your patch it has level about 60 in FIPv4.1 about 75. In Austria team I also noticed 3-4 players with big level difference. So hope there won't be any issue with such small update.

Updated Serbia formation from 3-5-2 flat to 3-5-1-1 with 2 holding CDMs (Maksimovic & Gudelj), Tadic as CF & Aleksandar Mitrovic as ST. I'm still keeping EURO ratings, but I will start to update teams once the final WCQs (+ UEFA & CAF playoffs) take place in March. There will be a clearer idea who will have qualified & the only places left will be the 2 interconfederation playoff spots.

One thing I have to state. The coat of arms of Russia has been the same since 1993 (so there was no possible emblem to change, unlike on the Belarus kits). However, the Russian flag is the one from Yeltsin presidency.

I am also unable to edit the anthems soundbank that was made 3 years ago by @Rizzaldio to add the 1991-1999 anthem by Glinka. Unless someone knows how?

This is really awesome! Let's hope that Belarus will be white-red-white again, and that Russia will again be free like in the 90s (only without the economic crises every year).
But here's the thing. The flag you added for Russia was the flag of the early years of Yeltsin's presidency. The current flag was introduced in 1993, so you can't say that it is associated with Putin, unlike the new-old anthem (which Yeltsin criticized, by the way, saying it seemed "somewhat red", when asked about the anthem change). No one knows, though, if Russia would revert to the flag of the early 90s when (I am not even going to say "if", because it is only a "when") the country regains its freedom. What I do believe will happen is that Russia will stop playing in red, reverting to the white and blue of the 1990s.

I have the origin fifa 16, I have the UE20 CA21 zips extracted, I got to open the i68controller but dunno what to there or even if anything should be done there even. If anyone could please link to a first timer install tutorial much appreciated.

You need to pretty much just copy the mod into the game folder.
