    A fresh look at the error shows the "PythonNET" redist folder is missing. Can you delete the folder at "../Documents/SE&EN" and try again? Also, delete the addon from the blender before trying again.

    You can import the rx3 file with the addon and convert it to fbx (if you only want it for 3D printing). Also old addon (v0.66) won't run in a newer version of Blender. And when the time comes, I would make full essential to advance tutorial about it.
