    No. NMI has been added because they are closest to get a FIFA membership than any other non FIFA nation (NMIFA is run on the same lines as Guam FA) and there was an unused nation ID slot in FIFA23.

    There is no issue with the squad file. You have not ordered the mods correctly in Fifa Mod Manager. Keep the RTWC mod at the bottom as mentioned in the original post.

    EA App update which happened yesterday is causing no mods to work. FIFER is working to release an update to Mod Manager. Try to use the free version of FIFA 23 Live Editor till then to make it work.
