Who help me to make a patch for make UCL 0506?

I want to make a patch for ucl to update the game at 0506champions league...there are new features...
-New missions(I think 80!!!)
-Kit updated for 32ucl
-You can play the qualification...!from the 1st round
-More face...kaka,stankovic and etc from fifa06
-Totally new gameplay,with realistic tactics and new ligthing system...

I need a kitmaker and roster editor...
