HELP Tournament id 981 modifying

This is Euro qualifiers and by default it has 1 group of 5 teams.
And the thing is I can't do anything with it. Not even remove it, because if it's not crashing, it's making matches disappear either for 1 international break or a whole entire year.
We tested anything, which came to our mind: expanding the existing qualifiers - matches ghosted, deleting qualifiers and creating them under new id - game crashes, making qualifiers not load by removing triggers - matches ghost

For real and I have no further ideas
