Small Problem

I have a lot of players that I bought that had 20's for some of their skills, however because I am a Polish League team, their skills go down from the 20's to 19's and 18's. My coaching staff is already superior to any other Polish team. Is this a big problem or am I panicking for no reason?

Yeah, It happens everywhere, I've seen Ruud Van Nistelroy go from 20 Finishing down to 17 at Man Utd. Nothing to worry about, it just happens.

Have your players got less than 12 Determination?

well i have a 19 year old player and his stats are going down from 20's to 18's. this could be a result of playing against crappy opposition
