Simply copy xml and db files of FC25 in a template subfolder of the program replacing the old ones, for example FC24. Then you will be able to open FC25 squads or careers instead of FC 24.

Thanks but I just need the software to recover the teamkits and competitionkits files to use the teamkits editor but i don't have access to those files
that's what I was doing for Fifa 23
