Hey guys and sorry for spamming new patch ideas,

luckily I think I finally decided about what I am going to include in my patch.

I am going to add
- Rest of Europe Premier League
- Rest of Europe League One
- Rest of Europe League Two
- Russian Premier League

Currently I am not planning on adding the Swiss Second League but I may do a special version with the Swiss 2nd League replacing Russian Premier league. And can you help with the data for the clubs I am going to include in the 'Standard' version of the patch?

The 10.th classified of the Raiffeisen Super League is directly relegated to Brack Challenge League.
The 9.th classified of the Raiffeisen Super League play a playoff (Uefa system) against the 2.nd classified of the Brack Challenge League.
The 1.st classified of Brack Challenge League is directly promoted in the Raiffeisen Super League.

In the Helvetia Swiss Cup the lower club play home until the round of 16. The Final game is played in Stadion Wankdorf of Bern.
