Lost files

Hi,
I made a whole team with creation central (to make the looks just like I want) but when I opened creation center, it asked to disable a directory and I clicked yes disable. :/ Now my big work is somewhere but I can't find it. :boohoo:
Is there a way to get back my team?

Please help me.
I spent hours for the squad.
I found a file-> fifa 06 -> temp1 -> D.Squads -> D.Squads
Is that my lost team? How can I get it in fifa? Or is my team somewhere else?
