Is it possible to set global match settings like weather, season, etc?

Hello, I hope this isn't a stupid thread to make, I tried searching for something like this and couldn't find it.

I'd like it to have it so all matches in the game always are in summer with a clear weather, for example, because I think the game looks better with these settings, but that's only something I can control on exhibition matches, not globally. Is it possible to make it so the game always has matches in those conditions?

Idk, it might not be possible, or maybe possible if I set the same conditions to all stadiums or something? No idea. If anyone could help me, I'd appreciate
