How to add national teams?

Hi, mates.

I'd like to ask if somebody can tell me how to add national teams to FIFA database. I want to play with some teams like Japan, Paraguay and so on, that are not present in the original versione of the game. I added them creating a CMP patch from the fantastic Fifa-Asia.net national teams patch. Anyway, when I launch the game and want to play with them, nothing has changed: I can't see the teams I've added with Creation Master.

What should I do?

if you have a ( squads file ) in fifa11/my docs/ delete it, otherwise edits don`t work
if thats not the problem, do the teams show in the list under the league tab/teams ?
