how do i move a league to another country

lets say i want the Argentina Primera División to move to netherlands as a second league?

how and where can i do this? and also change the way to relegate and promote between the leugues?

yeah i finaly figured that out and i need to do it in compbj.txt and settings.txt if i want to do it for career mode right?

I know how to do the relegation Promotion, you can do it by the settings.txt by ad the string like league_promo of somiting like this but fuor move the league idnk i have tryed alot but i was not Abele to do it
