Ok, im a noob, I have to reinstall FM, but of course, I dont want to lose my data, I already made a back-up of my training schedules, saved games and database, but I cant find my own made tactics, I dont want to lose them, they are obviously all uber-tactics (what did you think, they're made by me... ) In which folder are they...

They should be in My Documents --> 'Sports Interactive' --> 'Football Manager 2005' --> 'tactics'

Ah, I found it :(

I have my harddrive split up in C: , D: and E: While almost all files are saved on E: , my own tactics absolutly have to be saved at the C:drive

Cody, you don't have to do all that...when you reinstall all your saves will not be deleted that's why they're at your My Documents folder.

Backing up your db is a good idea though...

Hmmm, you were right apparently, I did reinstall CM03/04 once before, and then I lost all the files.

you dont need to backup any files, the tactics etc are stored totally separatly to the game, you can unisntall the game as many times as you like and the tactics will still remain.

TROD.

yeah but then someone contradicted you, i was simply backing up the awesome Zlatan :rockman:

its ok, but always remember i can have you killed at any time :)

anyway on that happy note; back on topic.
