I think you could add laces to the default FIFA 13 boot models by editing the models in a 3d editor. I got rid of the studs last year, but couldn't re-import them with CM12. Maybe it is possible this year.

i dont think bro coz fifa use only one mesh for model and that include the studs maybe if the boot was divided in more parts, could be possible but for now i think is not.

fifayoun maybe is too much, but there's any possible that you could upload the full datas (data3.bh & .big one) of Street??? just for curiosity!
