What specifically is the missing Dominican Republic and Honduras issue, leagues or countries? I can not find any problems.

What do you mean by "special national teams"?

I´m referring to national teams. It is of my understanding that each region has some national teams that replace some default national teams
Example:
Nation ID swaps applied:
Laos / Côte d'Ivoire

When i boot up the AFC version, i don´t see those national teams, i´m still seeing ghana or paraguay as a national team instead of tajikistan or bangladesh (that is what i´m referring as "special national teams"). Another explanation could be that i misunderstood the meaning of "nation id swaps", and, if that´s the case, i apologize for any inconvenience

Just create it and then open FIP Tournament Manager. If the values on the right are all green, it means that the database has not exceeded its limits.

I got it. It seems I didn't do league swap. That might be the reason of my problem.
