sh*t. WTF Happened? Untill this morning it worked for me now i see it wont start and keep crashing.
This tool is very important for me.

It was after the last Win10 update. Stoped working.

I dont use 15 but rx3 files are same.

This tool is not made for windows 10, so the best thing I could do is allocate one of my hard drives for the installation of windows7 and thus deal with fifa things, if you do not have that possibility you can try with a virtual machine (virtual box) starting it with windows 7 to see if it works for them.

Ok guys, find File Master 14. In folder there is app RX3 Master.
It can open every rx3 file (i tried one that dont work with CGFE and its working).

I will test next days to see if its usefull.

i work with rx3 master too. the difference in editing rx3 files is, you only can import the same dimensions, rx3 master hasn't the resize function.

Doesnt matter, at least we can import, and resizing can be done with Photoshop. Of course it would be great to have it because of quality.

worked not for meGo to the properties of the .exe, go to compatibility and check Windows XP Service Pack 3 compatibility like the image, it works for me
