FIFA 22 head issues

Hello guys

I convert a pes face to fifa 22 using blender and exported it to fifa and it's either appears small or disappears

I don't know what to do I am out of ideas. I have resized and changed the scale so many times. I have also moved it to the the scale and size of the fifa mesh I exported for fifa editor.

I have searched online for solutions but all to no avail. I don't know what to do please help
