You must first extract playernames.txt base From 22 ,This method is used to convert From 22 to old fifa

Not possible,squad file It always contains new names find it on dcplayernames.txt
I noticed that the database 22 base is not compatible with squad
Names do not appear for most players within the game

I had the same problem last year,It was from a file squad.

If you want to open a squad with RDBM compatible with FIFA 22, the first thing to do is get the DB from FF22 and paste it into the RDBM template folder. A great option is to replace eg FF17. That is, inside Templates / FIFA 17 paste the FIFA 22 db and xmls and replace.
Now when starting RDBM first click on File and then choose FIFA 17 (containing the DB of FF22) and choose the squad of FF22 ... This way all teams, leagues and players will be with the correct names.

i try to fifa 14 without this step and with this step, some player still having issue wrong firstname/last name.
