FIFA 19 Xbox 360: Request Arab National Teams Patch (only teams)

Hello everyone.

I am looking for an update or modification that adds only Arab national teams (with no changes to clubs or kits) to FIFA 19 on Xbox 360 (RGH). I don't want full updates, just a light update that includes:

National teams such as:
- Algeria
- Egypt
- Morocco
- Tunisia
- Saudi Arabia
- Iraq
- Qatar
- Jordan
- United Arab Emirates

My Settings:
- FIFA 19 Xbox 360 (XEX format)
- RGH controller
- I can copy files via Horizon or FATXplorer

If anyone has an existing patch, or can help me create one, I would be very grateful!
Even if it's converted from a PC patch or an older FIFA version, that's fine.
