FIFA 16 New Player Questions

Hey guys, just stared trying to play FIFA 16.

Question 1: how do I add English language to my official EA App (Origin) F16 copy (preferably without hacker stuff like reg edit)?
I bought it back in 2015 and I guess back then EA region locked its games so my only options are Polish and Russian.
Maybe some of you guys have the solution? @JohnnyUA @Garik_86 @kotiara6863 @RobbieD_PL

Question 2: is there any way to "fix" Co-op camera? I've always used it foe single player matches in F14 and it works great, but in F16 it feels "janky" as it "jumps" or "changes screen center" every time the posession changes.

Question 3: Is there any way to unlock 144 fps? Feels like my game is severely limited on FPS, especially in full screen mod.

Question 4: In some thread in FIFA 16 forum I've read that different versions of the game/exe have better/fixed gameplay or something, e.g. I randomly have the archive named "FIFA 16 v100 Fix.rar" on my PC. Can someone please clear this up?

Question 5: Can someone please reupload F16 LOD fix? Zippyshare is dead.
