FIFA 14 PC stuck on Loading screen (Win 11)

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with FIFA 14 in Windows 11 (even the clean version, without any mod) everytime i open the game It stuck on the First screen before the language select. It does not give me any error or crash, It just never Advance to the language selection.
I already tryied to:
- Remove FIFA 14 folder in Documents before start the game before starting the game
- set the compatibilty with windows 7 or Windows XP service Pack 3
- Reinstall the game Different times
but i Always got the same problem.
Anyone knows how to fix this situation?

Путь к папке игры должен быть полностью на английском языке.

Maybe its a graphics driver issue. Clean install with no mods should work fine. Make sure your game files are from EA App and not from shady pirate files elsewhere.

Translated, the Russian language comment above also says, "The path to the game folder must be completely in English". Hope that helps.
