It's the cl.ini that's causing the crash. I've tweaked mine try it. Anytime you add something the gameplay changes.

I am not sure if I understood you
But it works now without bugs and problems?

I suggest you remove the gameplay and add stuff one by one to see which file causes crash, if not cl.ini I don't know.

FIFA 14 and 16 have very different gameplay, the cl.ini file is just a part of it.
