FIFA 14 3D Importer/Exporter

Whatever is imported can be edited. The only thing missing is a bit of code to handle the process.

For now my top priority is to import as many data as possible from the file.
And for that i am currently working in automatic texture importing and assigning :)

Not atm. I've no idea about 3ds max scripting so I need to learn first a bit about it. Secondly I am a huge fan of freeware software and especially Blender that is for me as powerful as 3ds max.

Theoretically it is possible yes. Practically it is very very difficult because it requires a total rewrite of the file. But this is not the hard part.
The hard part is the rewrite of the triangles of the trophies that are in a very difficult to reproduce form.

If i manage to write code for that, the possibilities to make that happen will be very very high :D

First of all did head export work for you? If it worked and you did see it ingame, PLEASE post a screenshot or something here. I've not been able to test it myself. I can only confirm that edited head models are successfully imported back to blender.


If i get confirmation that the head export is working correctly, i'll add hair export support right away. Its the same thing, its very easy to do it ;)

Unfortunately, the head is stored as the default state

Thus, there is no change
 
Ok after a few tries I managed to open a face, I had to decompress the rx3 file first and after it was able to open.

Great tool really mate, problably one of the best this year.

PS: The balls do work but you need to tick the Trophy option.

And sorry i haven't mentioned anywhere that the rx3 files need to be decompressed (i am using FM 12 and the files get decompressed automatically xD)

maybe you can export the trophies of PES 2012 or PES 2013, I try to convert them would be fantastic or not?

I've already written an overall importer for PES 2014 files too. Tell me where i can find the trophy models and i'll import them to blender.


However all the case is the code i described you in the previous post. If i write that, then there's no need for any convertion. You'll be one click away from the .rx3 model :D

Its not my priority right now, i still have other issues to solve. But of course it will definitely be one of the future challenges.

A couple of minutes ago i got a confirmation from Ariel that the exported head models DO work :D

At last, after a huge headache i got them exported:

Thanks to sepak, i'll add specific operations to make facegen models importing and exporting easier :D

With these changes there will be a new version coming up :D
