FIFA 13 USB Gamepad Controller Problem

Hello !
I am new at this forum and I hope I will solve the problem
which I'm facing right here.

I've been playing FIFA long time ago and didn't face any
problem of this type !
Yesterday I bought a new USB Gamepad Controller

dissapointed me after this:
I put in the gamepad and launched my FIFA 13. And you guess what?
The gamepad doesn't work properly in the game. The game donesn't
recognize it with all the controls. I tried to manage
my controls in the FIFA control settings but it didn't work.
It doesn't recognize all the controls. here you can see how it

Why it doesn't give me the options like when I am using keyboard ?

where are the stick options for the gamepad in the game ?
When I try to play a match the right stick doesn't work
and I can only move the player with the left stick, the
arrows doesn't work ! I hope you understand what my prob. is.
Please help if you know how to solve this annoying problem
i am sure I'm not the only one with this !

Thank you so much the gamepad controller works fine now but the game doesn't
run properly. It's like in a slow motions (freezes)
If you got a solution for this please reply !

this may happen cuz you have a little pc properties that can't play fifa with high graphics go to fifa setup and change graphics from high to low or medium

i can run the game on high settings but when I put those files that you gave me
the gamepad works fine and unfortunatelly the game starts freezing and i can't play it.
Please another solutions that may fix this ! i will be very glad if you can help me mate ! Thanks .
