As I could see those guys were incredible in the past doing those mods. I thought you were one of them. Also there was the people from http://bfl-team.com/ I was reading somewhere one die from cancer, very sad. And I wonder what happened with the owner of the moddingway.

Finally got this working correctly - for anyone interested, there are some special steps to getting this installed, steps which haven't been covered by Skoczek in his instructions. So if you are having issues (i.e text issues, license changes not working), follow the below steps to install this mod instead of Skoczek's:

1. Put all of the Game\data files in FIFA 12\Game\data as normal.
2. Place the euro0 to euro3.bh files in FIFA 12\Game\dlc\dlc_eurodll\dlc and overwrite existing files there.
3. Using FinalBIG or BIG File Extractor tool, find and open the existing locale.big contained in FIFA 12\Game\data\loc.
4. Extract the locale.ini from locale.big and save it to the FIFA 12\Game\ folder (i.e. same folder location where the fifa12.exe is).
4. Delete locale.big from FIFA 12\Game\data\loc\
5. Using File Master, CG File Explorer or i68 Generator, regenerate bh files in FIFA 12\Game\ folder.

All done - play the game. If there are no text issues when entering the Euro 2012 game mode, and Wales is licensed correctly, then you have followed the steps above correctly. Enjoy.

Hello, I tried everything that you said and it worked for exhibition mode. But in tournament mode this bug is happening. Game is starting straight from quarter finals and isn't advancing anymore. Do you have a same problem or maybe there is any solution for it?

How to install
----------------

1) IMPORTANT
From your My Documents / FIFA 12 folder
Remove any file named EuroSquads or EuroSquadsOnline.
DO THIS EVERY TIME YOU INSTALL ONE OF THIS UPDATES.
Otherwise database changes won´t be available.

2) Unpack the rar file in your FIFA 12 main folder ( if it asks for replacing files select yes )

You don't need to regenerate, because there are included regenerated .big and .bh files in both necessary localizations

3) Open the game and play!


Database Options
---------------------

You have 2 database options to select :

- Complete squads with new faces ( Default )
- 23 teams squads with new faces

You will find them in Game / data / db folder :
Just rename the one you prefer to euro_ng_db.db replacing the original one.

Hello, after I install this patch, tournament mode starts straight from quarter finals. I guess there is some problems with schedule files because always team put before tournament start as A1 plays team put as B2, C1 plays D2 etc. Is there any way to fix it?
