Hello, guys!
It was already time to bring the FC Editor here. Guess many of you already know it from Discord or X, but I guess here's a good place to share it aswell as it may be useful to many people who wants to mod!
The FC Editor is a db/squad editor for FC 24 and FC 25 (works best with FC 25) made by a non-professional programmer (me).
It is currently in version Alpha 12 and includes some cool features like:
- Players, managers, referees, teams editing with visual assets to make it easier to create content.
- Import/export players, squads (players + lineups + formations) or teams (players + lineups + formations + manager + stadium link + team details)
- Ability to load an image with no background into a player/manager miniface (remove bg manually or use remove.bg website, results are pretty decent there).
- Change teams lineups, player numbers, team formations, formation roles, make transfers, release players, etc.
- Edit team kits details, add new team kits.
- Batch create players using a manually filled Excel sheet (create_player.xlsx included) or generate it from transfermarkt website.
- And many more.
BEFORE START:
- App have known bugs and issues. It's not well optimized. EXPORT DATA regulary when heavy editing because things may crash at random points.
- First load takes longer, you may need to have patience.
- I don't have much time to add new features and fix older features and might not have much time to give support, but I'll try my best.
- The "Manage Leagues" feature is not yet implemented, nothing there will work for now.
- App can open Squad File directly, but cannot export to squad yet. You need to export edited data in the app and batch import the tables in RDBM (squad) or FET (db).
- App may cause some errors in export, but if you are experienced modder, you may be able to solve many of the mistakes manually in Excel.
- If you are importing a '.team' file for a team that do not exist in your DB, do not add the team to Rest of the World or as National Team because app will make it duplicate. Create a new team first and import the '.team' file to that created team.
EXTRA:
- You may find some videos about the tool in my very poor (lol) youtube channel made for it.
- Download the MLS San Diego.team file ready to import using the import team feature of the app. I've posted a video on how to import on X, will soon upload to YT soon.
