Important note: EA included hairlods for some players that shouldn't really have them (like Kante and many others) or just terrible hairlods that I just don't want to correct (like Rooney - simply awful). In my opinion the best solution is to delete them.

As far as I understand another solution would be disabling LODs at all and forcing the game to render the actual models?
