Custom transfers in career mode

Hi all,

Is there an option to make manual transfers in club career mode using Cheat Engine/Live Editor/any other tool?
There are way not enough players moving clubs and it doesn't feel good in year 4-5 of a career mode, so I would love to do some adjustments by hand.
