CM11 can't import .cmp files

I recently installed this patch for FIFA 11 (CEP 11). The patch includes some .cmp files that that fixes some bugs, but when I try to import them with Creation Master 11, an "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application" error appears. (I attached it, although it's in spanish)

I tried almost everything. Reinstalled the game, opened CM11 on Windows 7 compatibility mode, opened CM11 as administrator, changed permissions... So far nothing worked.

If anyone has any idea on how to fix this, I would be forever grateful.
