Change songs in FIFA 15

You need to make a playlist of songs you want to add on your PC. I did it on Windows Media Player. After you create a playlist, go to fifa 15 and go to custom music and chants and select your playlist. You can make multiple playlists.
PS ~ I did this on my fifa 14, SO I DON'T KNOW if the same is on fifa 15 but i hope it is.

FIFA Legacy Trax Tool
I know I’m 11 years late, but here I am. Introduction The FIFA Legacy Trax Tool is the first-ever GUI tool that allows you to compile custom songbanks and import them into FIFA 14, 15, and 16.

Import the songs, name them, save, and then switch the menu to the slot area (59 empty music slots). Move your already uploaded and saved files from the right side to the list by clicking "Add." This app crashes sometimes, but it doesn’t lose your progress.
For importing album covers, it’s done via File Master, but I don’t do that—it’s unnecessary for me.
