HELP career mode crash after i added new national team

Ive been added 38 new national team, but now its crashing when i try to make a new career mode.

But, when i add like 25 or more NT (i dont rember how many) its working on career mode, until i made the update to 38 NT and now its crashing everytime i try to start new careero mode. Anyone know why?
