It's available now. But I produce the patch WITH Malaysia League patch which is downloadable here.

In that patch you can play all 10 ASEAN teams; Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and Timor Leste.

The authentics kits for the NTs are all there (by angelvsevil) while the rosters (database) are all by myself.

I suggest you download it to see for yourself.
