AC Milan Thread [2013/14]

Calumn gets a hard-on for controversy. He's a fan of Hannover because of their neo-nazi ties.

Taarabt is selfish and an arrogant player. Queresma vol 2.0, maybe not that bad.

Daniele Cholera, sorry Bonera, with some new year charity work ... Rami won't have to do much to be better than that ...
until Milan's defence is rid of this disease, they cannot produce consistent results ...

even leaving the point-earning goal aside, Rami was everything Bonera wasn't ... the moment that captured it was when he was faced with a very similar 1 v 1 against Immobile -- and instead of tripping over himself like Bonera did, he put in a crunching, ball-winning tackle ... get Philou Mexès back in there, Seedorf!

Diego López had a shockingly poor debut against Valencia, following up Agazzi's genuinely amateurish performance earlier in pre-season ... the lack of luck with LBs is now spilling over into the GK department too, looks like ...

Come on, Diego Lopez is a great goalkeeper, perhaps it will take him some time getting used to his new teammates, language etc. I'm absolutely sure that he'll be fantastic for Milan.

Haha ;D That's one way to make your debut for your new club. Haven't seen the highlights.

But seriously he's a great goalkeeper, one bad performance doesn't mean that he's going to be like that all season.

we can chalk the Alcácer goal to a Zapata error + brilliance with the lob, but López was very shaky with his handling, and very poor with his positioning, all night ... if it's just debut jitters, that's fine; but the second poor goalkeeping debut of the summer would be worrisome for any team, not least one looking for some form of solace ...
