Database 23/24 (FC 24) for FIFA 10 (10.10.2023)

- I updated/worked with the following tables: country, international_players, jerseynames, leagues, leagueteamlinks, players, teamplayerlinks, teams, teamwrite
- some (new) team name/league name strings are missing in language file and have to be added manually if not already present in your language db
- some specific leagues/teams (f.e. women leagues) from FC24 may not work correctly in FIFA 10, you can delete them with creation master
report errors...
