    I believe it is possible, I will tell the truth, I have difficulty finding someone who teaches how to convert stadiums, there is little content, I find it easier for you to search and download the stadium you have in mind to do this.
    It's probably already been converted!
    But if you would like to learn how to convert from FIFA 19 to 14, I can't help you
